Moon eclipse captured from Castell de Burriac (Cabrera de Mar, Maresme, Barcelona-Catalonia) on the 27th of July 2018.
Together with the eclipsed Moon we can see a bright Mars planet that was just at its closest distance to Earth that same night of the 27th of July 2018. Astronomers call these phenomena a planetary opposition (when a planet it’s at its closest distance to Earth).
